Online Shop: 

In order to process your order, we need your name, your email, and your delivery address. If you would like to, we will store your personal data for further purchases. Then you can avoid entering these again. Of course you can change your opinion at any time. Thereupon we will delete your data within 60 days after notification.

Delivery

(1) Delivery within Germany: Order and free shipping only within the Federal Republic of Germany. 
(2) Delivery abroad: Because of recurring requests we do now also deliver abroad. The customer bears the shipping costs. The costs determined for the delivery are communicated to the customer before the order is processed. For an abroad delivery the written consent of the customer regarding the shipping costs is necessary. (3) We are entitled to partial deliveries. If you do not have any interest in a partial delivery, then do not further open the merchandise until the remaining delivery has arrived. If you opened the merchandise further, you will in the case of a withdrawal have to bear all loss in value resulting from this.

Participation in Lotteries and Competitions: 

For the participation in a lottery or competition we must at least know your email address in order to be able to inform you of the results. You can decide freely whether or not your name is to be shown in the winners' list.

VERPOORTEN Talk: 

When participating in the VERPOORTEN Talk you have the option to hide your email address. Thereby you avoid that other visitors can re-use your data for spamming.

Message to VERPOORTEN:

At present all messages are passed on to VERPOORTEN by mail. Depending upon contents and reason of your message, it will be stored for further processing.

Job Vacancies:

All applications produced via the job vacancies page are relayed to our human resources department. Here your data will be stored for subsequent reference with the usual Office applications. All data will of course be treated "strictly confidential". After hiring proceedings have been completed, the data will be deleted.

Newsletter:

The subscription to our newsletter can be cancelled at any time. Furthermore, also the cancellation of individual categories is possible.
